This association has been formed and duly registered with the registrar of Society of Delhi, for prosecuting cases against Durga Builder Private Ltd. A builder case offered plots to our members but fail to deliver possession. This association was formed in the year 1996 and had filed cases in the Supreme Court /High Court of Punjab and Haryana and district court Faridabad, Haryana since then. Now the matter is pending before the Arbitrator, appointed by the Supreme Court of India.

It is inform to you that,your court was listed for hearing before the hon'ble Supreme court on 26.11.18, court no. 10 item no.1.The hearing bench ordered that the hearing of the case will be the second bench.The date of hearing is not yet fixed. Regarding next date, I will inform you soon.
